Privacy notice
How we use the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by Intercity Laundry, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We are responsible for the personal information you send us. You can contact us at info@intercitylaundry.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect:
- your name and email address
- your company name and phone number, if you give them
- what you tell us about your linen or workwear needs
- whether you ticked the box to hear about new products and offers
If you call or email us, we keep a record of what you send and our reply.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to arrange your service. We only send you news about new products and offers if you ticked the box asking for it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to businesses that ask us for a price.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your message on to us by email. Apart from that, we do not share your details with anyone else, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as we need to for tax and accounting records.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@intercitylaundry.co.uk and we will deal with it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
